Blood Support – Iron
Iron is essential for energy, circulation, oxygen delivery, and healthy red blood cell formation. If you are struggling with low iron levels or anemia, targeted nutritional support can help rebalance and restore optimal blood health.
Recommended Blood-Building Supplements (in Priority Order)
- Phyto-Iron – plant-based, bioavailable iron support
- ErythroPro – supports healthy red blood cell production
- Medi Chlorella-FX – rich in chlorophyll and trace minerals
- B12-ND – provides live-source methylated B12
- AdrenaVen – adrenal support for energy and stamina
Why You Might Still Have Low Iron
In some cases, taking iron supplements alone doesn’t solve the problem. These common root causes may be interfering with absorption or circulation:
- Liver congestion: The liver may be unable to process and absorb iron efficiently due to the buildup of synthetic, rock-based iron from “fortified” processed foods like white flour and cereals.
In such cases, a liver cleansing program is critical. See our Liver/Gallbladder Cleansing page. - Digestive issues: Low stomach acid (HCL) and poor enzyme function, from insufficient digestive enzymes can prevent proper absorption of iron and nutrients from food.

How to Clear Trapped Iron from the Liver
If you are over 35 and have consumed a diet high in “enriched” foods, you may have accumulated non-usable iron in the liver, contributing to low circulating iron levels.
To help displace trapped iron, we recommend organic, sulfite-free apricots—rich in copper, which naturally antagonizes iron buildup. When combined with prunes after a few weeks, this protocol can help restore balance over several months.
Iron Detox Protocol (Natural Food-Based Support)
- Soak 6–8 dried apricots for at least 20 minutes before eating daily.
- After 3 weeks, continue with apricots and add 6 organic, sulfite-free dried prunes daily to support healthy iron levels.
- This process typically takes 3–4 months for noticeable results.
