Mud Packs are immediately followed by a foot bath with Medi-Body Bath.

Call for instructions about the reflex area or to discuss what areas to pack. Most of the time, interference fields (IFs) above the navel reflex to the top of the head (straight up from the ears), IFs below the navel reflex to the perineum (soft area between the anus and either the testicles or vagina). For instance a tailbone injury or episiotomy would reflex there. IFs on arms or legs usually reflex to the hands or feet (I’d suggest packing the palm and back of hand or the arch and top of foot). It’s also a great idea to pack the hands and feet first, one at a time, if time and budget allow.
