Premier Vintage Vinegar – from Premier Research Labs (PRL)

Vintage Vinegar is a premier traditional health food which contains organic apple cider that is unheated and unpasteurized. It also contains the naturally occurring “mother of vinegar” which appears slightly cloudy. This product is made by slowly aging organic apple juice in wooden casks producing a superb vinegar to promote robust health.

This exquisite, gourmet vinegar is made from select white wines from the Veneto Region of northern Italy. The taste of this vinegar can best be described as crisp, clean and light. It’s the real thing: genuine, aged, gourmet vinegar.

Surprisingly, many so-called “vinegars” are not true vinegars at all, but artificially made acetic acid (with no probiotics)- so they taste acidic, but without the time proven beneficial properties of true vinegar. Premier Vintage Vinegar contains natural acetic acid and acetobacteria- naturally occurring beneficial vinegar probiotics which are both health-promoting compounds.

The sulfites contained in this product are naturally occurring as part of the fermentation process and are not added artificial chemicals.
